"The technician came on the first day and couldn't finish the job because he miscalculated some area and made a mistake. So I had to call and book another appointment, then the technician couldn't make it on time the second day.... Anyway, another person came in the afternoon and finished. However, it took longer to receive floor plan than what I was promised. Little bit disappointed and frustrated, but what can you do. "
