Step 3. Invite your buyers and sellers to your custom Fisherly.com URL
Q: I already have a Reciprocity Agreement. Do I still need to sign the new agreement to access sold data?A: Yes, sold data comes with its own set of rules; therefore, a new agreement will need to be signed between the agent and the board.
Q: How do I get access to the new agreement?A: Fill out the REBGV form or FVREB form and wait for your VOW Agreement.
Q: What if I don’t have a VOW and/or a website?A: No problem, you can enter Pixilink as your VOW provider (for now) and once the data is released, you can then make a decision on a provider.
Q: How is sold data going to be available to the public?A: Your seller or buyer will need to access sold information through a secured login. It will not be possible for sold listings to be posted publicly on blog or pages.
Q: How far back can buyers access sold information?A: Up to 2 years of information can be made public through a VOW.
Q: Will Realtor remarks be made public?A: No, realtor remarks and homeowner information will not be released as part of the data.
Q: At what stage will the property get listed as sold publicly?A: Upon subject removal, same as in Paragon.
