"Technician accidentally switch off the furnace when he wanted to turn on the light in the garage. Unfortunately, he did not switch it back, and my sellers thought the heating system had problem. Waited for 2 days, the coolest of Vancouver this seasons, and found out it's just the switch. Wasted them couple of hundred dollars. Not happy at all."
"Very disappointed with keyplan ,the rep did not take off his shoes and did not turn off the light when he left. When I called pixilink to file a complaint the rep mark was very rude and said pixilink is not like door dash we are just ordering platform , he did not care or bother to listen to hearing our concern and right away send us to keyplan. I\'m very disappointed in the whole experience and will not recommend your service to anyone else . We will rate and comment on Google what I have experienced yesterday. "This was the absolute worst experience by far I have ever had with a floor plan provider or indeed any provider of any kind. They made several major errors on the floor plan itself, including not including a dining area after the guy specifically asked about a dining area and we discussed where it would be; no closet measurements, again, despite a discussion on that, two patio measurements that did not add up to the total they put for the patio (and we had to explain to them several times that this was actually a problem), and the north direction actually pointing south-east, which seems almost impossible to do, given that it's in Kits where the streets are on a due N/S and E/W grid. Finally, they did not put on my branding the first time, or even after the second request when I advised them that Pixilink had it and not even when I told them that they, Keyplan, had our branding because they had done one job for me before. I even gave them the address so they could find it themselves. But even with that, they couldn't figure it out. I finally had to talk to the manager and after about a day and half on the phone with them, we got something that looked like a complete floor plan. Because of all the time I had to spend on the phone with them, my listing went in one day late. My client was pretty disgusted with the whole thing, not surprisingly. I was not impressed with their work earlier this year, when they put the dimensions on the floors in very, very small font so that it was almost impossible to read, but I was on a very tight deadline this time, so they were the only measurement firm that I could get. I expect to hear something from Pixilink management and ownership regarding this experience and I will be talking to Keyplan myself, since they are obviously completely incompetent and at no time during all of this have they offered anything to compensate me for the lost time. I expect to hear from Varinder on this, since I have been using Pixilink services and providers for many years. And yes, I realize that we deal with the vendors directly, but we access them through Pixilink, and it's Pixilink's reputation, as well as Keyplan's, that is at stake when they have providers this incompetent."
Appreciate your time with the review. However we are unsure of this review and the points you have mentioned have previously been explained to you over to phone which you and Paul then stated like it was understood. On the preliminary floor plans, we mention that room labels or branding can be changed without any additional fees and to email us with anything that needs to be changed or added. Closet measurements are not on the floor plans for all measurements, this is also provided after the preliminary floor plan when it is requested. In regards to the patio size as it was not a perfectly squared patio, we had sent you an email explaining how the total patio size was added up but you were unable to open up the email attachment. You were questioning the accuracy of the measurements since our measurements came out to be a smaller sqft than you had expected so we had offered to do a remeasure which you agreed upon, but the measurements came out to be exactly the same which caused the process to take longer than usual. We totally understand that your client could have been disgusted as they had received a smaller measurement as a result and that you were put in an awkward situation. As always, we were hoping to provide you with a positive experience however the total sqft being smaller than the size you were expecting is something we cannot be responsible for. "There were mistakes on the floor plan and I called to have them corrected yesterday. We went over the three necessary corrections and was told they would be done and they will send me the corrected plan, however, they sent me the same floor plan without any corrections. "
