"BC Floor Plans has mixed up a few thigs on my recent order. First the guest Bedroom was labeled as Master Bedroom. The master bedroom tub was illustrated as a shower. They said they don't measure ceiling height unless special requested. My experience with other floor plan company on pixilink was that they will measure it without asking. I understand patio is optional. Howevere they are quick in making the changes."

Hi Sam, I apologize for the two mix-ups on your plan. We have discussed where the breakdown in quality control happened with our team and are taking appropriate steps to reduce the possibility of such issues in the future. We receive very few requests for ceiling heights as the vast majority are standard 8\'. However we are happy to add them if requested. We will look into adding this as a standard service in the new year. As you mentioned, we do our best to correct any issues that are brought to our attention as quickly as possible since (unfortunately) human errors sometimes happen. "Hi the floor plan does not look like the place Im listing? Garage is on the left looking at the floor plan with a walkway going up the right side to a courtyard in behind the dble garage. This plan takes away a very good selling point. After the buyer leaves this home and refers back to the floor plan they will be very confused. Need to have it done properly to best show where the garage is and entrance to home I need this for friday late in the day is fine for big weekend of opens thanks"

"I received an incorrect/confusing email which was meant to be sent to another realtor. The technician arrived 20 minutes earlier than the appointment. The total square feet of the measured apartment was smaller than other similar units measured by different companies. Smaller square footage affects the home pricing strategy. I will choose an alternative floor plan company in the future. "
