The most important thing you can do to retain clients and increase loyalty is to communicate. Talk to your clients as often as possible.

Get to know them. Allow them to know, like and trust you.

Build a strong relationship and become friends. A friend wouldn’t ditch you for another agent.

And friends go the extra mile for each other. They do little things for each other that other people wouldn’t do.

They know when their birthdays are and they send a card or a special email. They interact online and they spoil each other.

When you start looking at your clients as friends, and you start treating them like valued friends, you’ll have them for life. They’ll know you’re looking out for them and they’ll see that you care about their wellbeing.
