Austin Heights is a beautiful neighbourhood in Coquitlam that is soon to see new development. Austin Avenue - the "main drag" - has had a community guideline stating that towers can be built up to 25 storeys from Blue Mountain Street to Gatensbury Street, ultimately driving the population of the neighbourhood, which will in turn offer more services, shops and amenities.
