Website Terms and Conditions

• By choosing the active properties and auto-blog options, you authorize Pixilink to obtain information from your chosen real-estate board. The information for the active properties and auto-blog will be obtained from your chosen real-estate board.  Pixilink has no control over and is not responsible for any such information.
• You are responsible for all content, images, information and updates of the site.
• You will be responsible for any copyright infringements associated with your site and will indemnify Pixilink for any damages resulting from copyright infringements or other content posted to your site.  You will be responsible to load sold properties from the admin panel. (See FAQs in your admin panel for help.)
  All Starter and the Premium template packages include the site as-is, design revisions are not available for these options.
• Add-ons can be done at posted rates. Call or email for a quote.
• If you have subscribed to reciprocity or IDX, you are responsible to comply with all documentation required to adhere to board policies. Please speak to your office manager in regards to the documentation required.
• Pixilink Solutions cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions found within Pixilink websites. You will proof read and approve all information you request Pixilink to post on your site. You agree Pixilink will not be responsible for any errors or omissions on content you have approved.
• For security reasons access to your website through FTP/SSH or any other file transfer program is not available.
• You agree to the website and hosting charges for the options chosen.
• There is no fixed term and the website can be cancelled with a five (5) days cancellation notice before the next hosting payment. Any hosting payments already processed will not be refunded.
• If Pixilink finds your site to contain illegal, immoral or inappropriate content Pixilink can cancel your site immediately.

Usage

• $59/month Hosting charge is only applicable for usage up to 6 GBs/month. (The Vast majority of Realtor websites don’t exceed 2 GBs of usage.) Increased usage may incur additional hosting charges at Pixilink Solutions’ discretion.
