Varinder Kainth

CEO

Varinder's philosophy is to push the boundaries of what's possible and he's made this belief his company's mandate. His strength is to dream up innovative marketing solutions and has assembled the talent to make his ideas reality. A proactive company culture has been developed where each individual is encouraged to contribute to the whole. Through his stewardship he's helped create a creative and dynamic Real Estate support team for the local real estate market. With plans to expand nationally and beyond, Varinder and Pixilink Solutions may one day be a International powerhouse!

Educated at BCIT, his real estate marketing roots are based in networking and digital photography. Though he hasn't shot for the company in years he still maintains his love for photography and can often be seen snapping candid photos at home or on family road trips.

Dylan Bruun

Website and Sales Manager

Dylan joined Pixilink solutions in 2005 and was the first employee of Pixilink Solutions. Dylan has pretty much done every job there is to do here from photographer to scheduling, from training to office manager and now he heads the Website Sales and Marketing department. Nobody spends more time planning and dreaming up Real Estate websites and he's your guy when it's time to plan your first website or your next big idea. Pick his brain anytime with a phone call or email or drop by for a cup of coffee and a consultation.

Darren Sutherland

Client Services

Darren is the swiss army knife of Pixilink Solutions. He's usually the first voice you'll hear when calling us. He's our switchboard, arranges all the scheduling for our VT and FP services and heads up the Virtual Tour department to boot. A retouch artist by nature, his background in animation and staggering talent for photo retouching have improved the quality of not only our Photography Services, but also other products like Feature Sheets and the super-slick 3D Floor Plans.

Ross Whisson

Senior Programmer

Ross has developed Pixilink's own custom CMS plus the beautifully simple but feature rich admin panel enjoyed by our website clients. An unparallelled whiz when it comes to website development and all matters internet, he's the guy we turn to when we don't know the answers, and he invariably has them. The motto, "nothing is impossible" would apply to Ross's capabilities; it's just a matter of time. In his spare time Ross can be found out-dueling his peers in local web-development competitions.

Kanwal Bamrah

Programmer

Kanwal is a foot soldier. He does the grunt work for our sites and makes sure their running smoothly. With a background in computer programming and web development Kanwal has the skills to fix and udpate almost any website.

Nazila Tabatabaii

Web Designer

Nazila was the first Designer to be hired by Pixilink Solutions. With over 10 years experience in graphic design and specialization in web design, Nazila knows how to create clean, eye-catching and user-friendly websites. She has done numerous websites including template and custom.

Cloe Windus

Web Designer, Developer & Coordinator

Cloe is our free spirit, an artistic wunderkind that spends more time outside the box than anywhere else. A Phoptoshop wiz and true artist she is the creative spark in the office, and with her ability to make web usability and online marketing sound fun and easy she is of great value to our co-workers and clients alike. Thanks to her years of work experience she is also able to use the other side of her brain for efficient project management and coordination of clients and deadlines.

Juliet

Department of Finance

Juliet heads up our billing department, and tends to be the glue that binds us all. She definitely greases the wheels of the machine, and keeps us all in line when need dictates.

Aaron Connell

Virtual Tour Dept / Image Wizard

Aaron is our head Retoucher/Video & Virtual Tour artist as well as our comic relief. A creative visual artist in his own right, he's the heart of our "yesterday" turnaround time and an invaluable asset to the team.

Shira Pringle

Floor Plan Manager

Shira is the Floor Plan mastermind. She started as a Floor Plan Tech, measuring properties from West Van to Langley but showed to much promise as a leader and we had to promote her to the big chair. Now she personally oversees every FP our Techs produce and delivers them with crisp layouts and custom graphics to match your branding. The overseer of our next morning delivery service, If you didn't get your Floor Plan by 10am, it's probably because Shira had too much fun last night.

Marketing

Dylan and Varinder's "right hand man" Jag dabbles in all things marketing. From designing and launching our email campaigns to keeping in touch with new and current clients, Jag helps us stay in touch.

Sung Kim

Floor Plan Tech

She's a Floor Plan machine. "Can you handle another one, Sung?" I can't tell you how many times we've heard this coming from the admin desk and the sound on other side of the phone is always, "of course!" With cheerful indifference to sleep and free time Sung has been known to measure from Sunup to Sundown. That's not so bad in December but try July!

Stan Chen

Floor Plan Tech

The new guy in the Floor Plan department Stan has showed great consistency. That's really all you want when your listing price depends on accurate square footage and Stan delivers every time.

Trenton Lepp

Photorapher/Videographer

When not producing babies at an alarming rate, Trenton is a wonderful real estate photographer. Based in Coal Harbour, if you sell properties downtown you've probably seen Trenton a time or two. A film maker in his "off-time" Trenton has produced some jaw-dropping shorts. Google "condition: human" if you've got an hour to spare.

James Freisen

Photorapher/Videographer

James is the artists artist. With a wonderful eye for composition James is equally adept at painting a masterpiece as he is photographing your "one and den." He's the senior photograph at pixilink with more than 3000 properties under his belt. Those are some big pants!

Dan Fleming

Another fine filmmaker, Dan has regaled us with sexy, action-shlock films such as "Mars Bitch." Other things you should know about Dan is he's from Victoria, likes to travel, is a huge Canucks fan and oh ya, he's also an excellent Real Estate Photographer.
